500 gr minced meat
1 red pepper
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Form small meatballs with minced meat and place them inside a Separata oven bag. Add the potatoes and onions cut with the red pepper in thin strips.
Add the garlic, salt, pepper and half a glass of water inside the bag.
Mix carefully so that the ingredients are seasoned and close the bag with the seal.
Place in a fountain and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. You can accompany the meatballs with vegetables roasted in the oven.
